When I joined Prudential in 1983, there were only 20 insurance agents, and only 3% of people in Hong Kong were insured at the time. Now Prudential Hong Kong has over 15,000 agents and the insured percentage in Hong Kong is approaching 100%. In the 80's, there were only very simple life insurance products. In this new era, the life insurance industry becomes the new generation of financial planning. Having initiated my career as an insurance agent, I am very fortunate to have been able to grow with the industry. Our team has grown to over 800 professional financial planners.
